1. Start Here (First Use)

Your mask includes multiple light options:

• Red Light – anti-aging & skin support
• Blue Light – blemishes & acne
• Yellow Light – skin tone & brightness

• Infrared Light – deeper skin support (optional)

To keep things simple, start with: • Red Light only
• 10 minutes
• 3 times per week

You can explore other modes later once you feel comfortable.

2. How to Use (Step-by-Step) 

1. Clean and dry your skin
2. Put on the mask and adjust the straps
3. Turn on the device (hold power 1–2 seconds)                                                              
4. Press the M button to choose light
5. Set time (10–15 minutes)
6. Relax during the session

 

3. What You Should Feel 

    It is normal to feel little or nothing.
    LED works gently under the skin — this does not mean it’s not working.

    4. About Infrared (Important)

    Infrared is controlled by the NIR button.
    You can turn it on/off manually.
    It can be used together with any color mode.

    Beginners do not need to use it at the start.

    5. When to Use Blue or Yellow Light

    • Use Blue Light if you have breakouts or acne-prone skin
    • Use Yellow Light if your goal is brighter, more even skin tone

    You can rotate different colors on different days if needed.
