Shipping Policy

This policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Rejuvena.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days, depending on product availability and current demand.

Once processed, orders are immediately prepared and packed for shipment.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 5–15 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, and seasonal demand.


3. Shipping Information

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Orders may be fulfilled from multiple international warehouses depending on product availability.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 20 minutes of placing the order:

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.


6. Customs & Import Fees

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Rejuvena is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs.


7. Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

Proof of delivery provided by the carrier is considered valid evidence of delivery.

Rejuvena is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for delivery-related issues.


8. Delays & Carrier Issues

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • customs inspections
  • carrier disruptions
  • incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • high seasonal demand

Rejuvena is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
